Image Gas analyzer – multi-channeled, stationary, explosion-proof device, designed for continuous automatic measurement of Methane and Propane Volume fractures, Carbon Monoxide (waste gas) and chlorine mass concentration in the atmospheric air of the residential, administrative, industrial buildings, facilities and outside based devices and Units, and signaling about the over-concentration of controlled gases.

AREA OF APPLICATION
1.1 Gas analyzer ensures:

– measurement and digital value indication of Methane, Propane, Carbon monoxide and Chlorine concentration in the air of controlled areas;

– option of simultaneous control of up to eight spots (channels);

– option of two signalization sensitivity thresholds set up on each channel;

– light and sound signalization in case of each gas reaching its threshold concentration;

– control of each channel operability;

– Methane and Propane sensors protection in case of the gas overcharge;

– outer electric circuit commutation for the connection of independent operational devices;

– option of data collection on gas over-concentration and data interchange between outer devices via interface RS-232 or RS-485.

1.2 Gas analyzer is designed for the application in the environments mechanically polluted with solid matters (dust, resins, oil) and aggressive substances (chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus, fluorine, arsenic, stibium and their combinations) in controlled environment, not exceeding the MPC according to GOST 12.1.005.

1.3 Structurally, gas analyzer consists of power supply block, signalization (BPS) and remote sensor blocks (BD).

1.4 On thermal and ambient air humidity resistance, the device stands in compliance with В3 Group by GOST 12997, but for the operation at temperature range from minus 20 to plus 50 degrees С.

1.5 On mechanical resistance, gas analyzer meets the Group N1 requirements of GOST 12997.

1.6 BPS is coming in standard configuration, and sensor block is of explosion-proof type.

BPS is equipped by spark-proof outlet circuits of level “ib”, explosion-proof marking – “[Ехib]IIC”, in accordance to GOST 30852.10-2002 (GOST Р 51330.10), GOST 30852.17-2002 (GOST Р 51330.17) and is to be installed away from highly explosive areas of facilities and outside based Units.
Sensor blocks are explosion-proof marked as “1Ех[ib]dIICT6 within the FST-03В kit”, according to GOST 30852.0-2002 (GOST Р 51330.0), GOST 30852.1-2002 (GOST Р 51330.1), GOST 30852.10-2002 (GOST Р 51330.10), GOST 30852.17-2002 (GOST Р 51330.17) and can be installed in explosion-hazardous areas of the facilities and outside based Units, according to p.7.3 PUE and other regulation Documents for the Electric Power Equipment application in explosion-hazard areas.

Standard mean life between failures on each channel, with Technical Service considered – at least 15000 hours.

Gas Analyzer average life time no less than 10 years.
